The 9002 series mobile infrastructure is built specifically to the customer’s needs. Providing flexibility for short duration monitoring and measurement, odorization, pickling, regulation, and RTUs. Mobile infrastructure is becoming a necessity with the development of non-typical energy sources such as biogas and the expansion of LDC networks. Mobile systems serve a role during the replacement of existing infrastructure as well as rapid deployment for critical infrastructure. 9002 mobile units are built to your needs meeting and exceed NFPA/NEC requirements from general purpose locations to Hazardous area classified locations. Examples of important aspects to consider when developing your mobile system: - What components are required to be ASME? DOT? Tanks, containment… - How do I safely transport my support equipment? Hoses, transducers, data cabling… - What does grounding look like on my mobile platform? - How do I bond the system? - Where are my adapter spools and blind flanges stored? - How do I retest pressure reliefs and vessels in a mobile system? - What is load balancing and how does it affect tongue weight? Let CAS answer these questions and work with you to design an appropriate mobile application, from sourcing to engineering, and optimization of the layout to save space. CAS provides an immediately deployable solution. The 9002 series infrastructure can be configured with your preferred equipment/instrumentation, tubed, and wired specific to your requirements.
The CAS 9001 series infrastructure can be built specifically to the customer’s needs. Whether size, analytical requirements or hazardous area classification dictates your project, as this series of shelter provides the most flexibility when site-specific requirements are driving a project. 9001 series units are built to your needs, meeting, and exceeding NFPA/NEC requirements from general purpose locations to hazardous area classified locations. The 9001 series infrastructure can be configured with your preferred instrumentation, tubed, and wired specific to your requirements. Whether you need odorization, analytical, RTU, regulation or other appliances, this infrastructure will meet your needs. The 9001 series infrastructure meets all applicable building codes nationally and can be provided with Professional Engineer stamped drawings specific to your region. CAS has designed these shelters for the most challenging conditions from the strict hurricane requirements in Florida, to the seismic requirements of California, all the way to the North Slope of Alaska 9005 Series – Dual Classification Shelter Dual Classification Shelters give customers the most flexibility by providing two working areas of differing area classifications. Commonly used with an odorizer and an RTU which utilizes an established gas transmission barrier and seal to prevent gas ingress and egress.

The energyMEDOR Gas Chromatograph provides the platform for accurate, dependable, and reliable gas stream sulfur Mercaptan Measurement. The energyMEDOR operates in place of existing instrumentation or provides a value added platform to control and validate your gas stream. Utilizing a proven technique and combined with the reliability of industrial control the energyMEDOR will automatically operate, validate and report.
CAS offers Gas Chromatographs (GC) for continuous monitoring of Sulfur compounds in fuel and process gas. Utilizing real-time GC technology, this platform is fully autonomous, incorporating advanced techniques and state of the art instrumentation. The instruments are designed for industrial applications and require very low maintenance. Over the past two decades, the CAS supplied field GCs have been thoroughly evaluated in various locations against current standards to show conformity. In addition to sulfur compounds and VOCs, real-time GC monitoring systems are capable of measuring Odorant Level, Gas Impurity and Industrial Emissions.
The H2S MEDOR (results in 120 s) analyzer has been developed specifically to address the challenges of online, continuous Natural Gas (NG) monitoring. The MEDORs are fully automated, rugged, industrial analyzers that provide an ideal solution for companies and operators seeking to increase data capture and maximize efficiency.
